These terms and conditions apply to the use of our Website and by accessing our Website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not use or access our Website.

Before you place an order, if you have any questions relating to these terms and conditions, please contact us by e-mail (info@mouseandmoon.com), or call us on 01673 828678 anytime. If we are busy being creative in our studio, don’t worry, we will call you back!

All our Moonlights are carefully hand crafted one piece at a time. Because of this, there will be slight variations in the product. The Moonlight you receive will not be identical to the one pictured, but similar. These variations, which may be slight colour or design changes add to the charm, look and feel of each item and make your Moonlight unique. These reasons should not be misconstrued as flaws or defects. We sincerely hope that you will enjoy your Moonlight as much as we enjoyed making it for you. By purchasing any of our Moonlights online, you agree with this disclaimer.

Each Moonlight is sold ready for immediate installation. The lights are powered by 20 or 40 white mains powered LED string lights. The LED lights are low wattage (1.5W) which means they are very economical to have on as often as you like, and have a standard UK three pin plug with a built in transformer included.  For ease of use there is an in-line on/off switch at the back of your moonlight bottle and the cable length from bottle to plug is 1.5m allowing more freedom in placement. Our custom made LED string lights DO NOT make the bottle hot like some cheaper fairy lights so the Moonlight can be placed where you like and will be cool to touch. Due to the decoration on the bottle the glass is slightly strengthened and less likely to shatter but is not considered shatterproof.  A small piece of white/blue tack will suffice in stabilising the light if there is concern it may be knocked over (i.e in a child’s bedroom)

Please feel free to contact us if you would like to commission a unique light for someone special or several for a special occasion or function. We have a variety of different bottle sizes and shapes that we can use to enhance your special piece(s). We look forward to creating your Moonlight especially for you.

Please be assured that your moonlights are well padded, packed and then wrapped securely to ensure safe arrival. Delivery will be made to the address specified when you complete the order and we can only deliver to addresses within England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We use a variety of delivery methods, depending on the size of the package. For more information regarding delivery arrangements, times and prices please do contact us. Normally we deliver your Moonlights within 3-5 working days; however sometimes we do need to take as long as 30 days for back orders, special commissions or when we may be focusing on exhibiting our art. If and when these delays occur, we will e-mail you to keep you informed. Please do tell us in the order notes section if a particular delivery date is important to you
